
Hannah Powdrell is a Registered Clinical Counsellor at Surrey Women’s Centre, dedicated to supporting women as they navigate life’s challenges and empowering them to create meaningful change. With a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, she creates a safe, compassionate space for clients to explore their struggles and work through them at their own pace. Whether clients feel like they are on “autopilot”, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in unhelpful patterns, Hannah is committed to helping them develop deeper self-awareness, find connection, and build effective coping strategies.
Hannah has experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, grief, and self-esteem. She takes an integrative, holistic, and client-centred approach to therapy, guided by a trauma-informed perspective. By blending multiple therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Hannah emphasizes a personalized, collaborative approach to therapy, empowering her clients to embrace their individual healing process.
